- Morgan Goodlander is the founder of the GETI Institute. He is an active speaker, workshop leader and personal and organizational development consultant in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Through the GETI Institute, he teaches Experience Organization™ and offers leadership workshops and programs for individuals and organizations seeking alignment with their greatest personal and professional fulfillment. Morgan is known for his sense of humor and his ability to create life-changing moments for the people and groups he engages. His extensive experience includes 25 years as Director of the San Francisco Gestalt Institute and three years as co-director of Gestalt training at the world-renowned Esalen Institute. He has presented seminars and trainings in 15 countries.
