Alexandros Karydis is an Attorney (LLM) and an accredited Mediator, with extensive experience in the energy sector and specialization in international commercial contracts, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, and sustainable finance.

He is a graduate of the Athens Law School and has been recognized as a global Impact Ambassador at the London School of Economics, where he completed his postgraduate studies in corporate and commercial law. He has worked, among other places, in the shipping industry in London and in European institutions in Brussels, contributing to significant business transactions in Greece, Cyprus, and the Balkans. He is the co-founder and Chief Legal & Governance Officer of Sporos Platform, the first circular economy sustainable investment platform in Southeastern Europe.
