Xenophon lives and works between Athens and Larissa. Although he studied Journalism, he ultimately found his calling in Real Estate. He started his own business at the age of 25 and has been continually developing his skills ever since, so he can, in turn, help his Partners enhance theirs.

He has attended numerous educational programs, seminars, and lectures in the fields of Personal Development, Entrepreneurship, and Artificial Intelligence (Toastmasters, BNI Athena, Apofasizo, Mind Valley, Tom Ferry Real Estate Coaching, etc.).

Early in his Real Estate career, he focused on residential properties. He later received training to understand the market’s needs and demands for both commercial and high-exposure properties.

Since 2015, he has been one of Keller Williams’ Mega Agents—a title awarded to those who have built their own large, successful teams—and was subsequently recognized as a Rainmaker, an inexhaustible source of contacts who creates cumulative networking and relationship-building effects with everyone he collaborates with.

He decided to found Zades Home in 2004, having always aspired to build a community in which members share the same values and vision, with the ultimate goal of achieving everyone’s personal and professional dreams.
