Theodoros Kounas has over 23 years of experience in various sectors, including finance, information technology, and business development or product creation. He holds an MBA from Leicester University and a BSc in Computer Science from Deree College. He is also a certified Investment Advisor by the Bank of Greece and a Chartered Manager (CMI L.7 – Strategic Management and Leadership) from the Chartered Management Institute in the UK.

Throughout these years, he has held a wide range of leadership and managerial roles in international environments, serving as CEO, General Manager, International Group Advisor, and founder of companies (EveryPay S.A., Profilency, Printec, Iproject, Piraeus Bank), achieving significant results in company growth, and the development of innovative products and services.

He is a co-founder and Managing Partner of the consulting firm Strategy Ring, which has developed an innovative business development/strengthening methodology based on three pillars:

Strategic Planning with an Online Platform
Financial Management Services (CFO Services)
Virtual Boards of Directors with Business Experts (Virtual Board of Directors)

Additionally, he co-founded Blutopia (Blutopia.io) and has invested in companies both within Greece and internationally, either personally or through Strategy Ring.
