Konstantinos Manetas is a business consultant and founder of Finance Skills, which provides financial consulting services (https://financeskillsconsulting.gr/) and professional training in Business Finance (https://financeskills.gr).
As part of his work, he has conducted numerous company valuations, business plans, corporate restructurings, feasibility studies, and various financial projects.
His professional career began at Dean Witter Reynolds in New York, USA, as an account executive, where he obtained the following securities licenses: Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 31 (Future Managed Fund), and Series 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), US Securities and Exchange Commission.
In Greece, he has worked with large multinational consulting firms such as Arthur Andersen, PWC, and Planet Ernst & Young, in addition to working in the industrial sector as Financial Controller at FAMAR and in the banking and financial sector for several years in various leadership roles.
He has also taught for over 15 years in MBA programs at the Hellenic Management Association (EEDE) and in the Master's in Financial Management program at EEDE, covering subjects such as business valuation, corporate finance, business plans, managerial accounting, cash management, capital structure, and budgeting.
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and an MSc in Banking and Money Management from Adelphi University in New York.
