Konstantinos was born 42 years ago, and from a young age, he dreamed of becoming a race car driver or a basketball player for Panathinaikos. However, his passion for food took over, and by 2009, he weighed just over 170 kilograms. Deciding not to leave this world prematurely, he made the decision to lose 90 kilograms and extend his life.

His guiding principle has always been and remains the quote by JFK: “Ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.”

For this reason, over the last 8 of his total 20 years in the workforce, through ReGeneration, he has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to the new generation of the country. He has successfully facilitated nearly 4,500 placements of young graduates within a nationwide network of 2,000 companies, while also providing 1,000,000 hours of training in soft, digital, and technical skills, effectively bridging the gap between young graduates and the labor market.

At the same time, his passion for motivating people is the primary reason for his involvement in public speaking, executive training, and leadership courses. He has been a speaker at over 500 conferences and 200 different companies. Since September 2022, he has also co-created the country’s No. 1 Business Show, “We Will Notify You,” which primarily aims to highlight best practices in work life and culture, focusing on the person behind the KPIs rather than the other way around.
