Ms. Fragkou is an Organizational Psychologist holding an MSc in Human Resource Management, a clinical psychologist license, a diploma in Business Coaching & Mentorship, and a certification in Agile Leadership. She is currently a PhD candidate at Panteion University, with her research focusing primarily on the psychometrics of corporate culture. Alongside her academic pursuits, she is professionally active across the full spectrum of her field, undertaking projects in culture change, training and staff development, business coaching, personal branding, public speaking, and writing, for both private individuals and corporate clients worldwide.
She serves as a mentor for Women on Top, a feminist organization working to achieve workplace equality, is a senior member of the Hellenic Institute of Coaching, and was recognized as the Best Career Consultant at the 2021 World Coaching Congress, as well as one of the Top 15 Coaches in Athens in 2023.

Since September 2023, she has also been collaborating with the World Health Organization (WHO), training the organization's executives in leadership and mental health.
