As Executive Assistant at 21X, Jeffrey is a thought leader in information technology and digital assets shaping the future of capital markets. He joined 21X in April 2023 as a founding associate and led the company’s successful startup funding application to EU supervisory authorities, securing the first-ever DLT-TSS License under the EU DLT Pilot Regime.

Previously, Jeffrey spent four years at Deutsche Börse, where he contributed to the development of D7, the next-generation post-trade platform, and built Germany’s first fully dematerialized security register under eWpG—pioneering tokenization and infrastructure for both centralized and decentralized exchanges.

Jeffrey holds a Master of Science in Business Information Systems, a foundation that supports his work as an advisor and educator in the blockchain ecosystem.
