Warm-up event of the Game of Money Festival 2025 featuring two revealing social studies!

On Saturday, October 4, the warm-up event of the Game of Money Festival took place with great success and strong participation. Game of Money Festival 2025 in Athens.

The event was hosted in the beautiful SuiHub Athens, a research, development, and innovation center of the Sui Foundation.

At the event, the founder of Game of Money, Alexios Vandoros, presented all the latest updates for this year’s Festival:

> The 40+ distinguished speakers from Greece and abroad.

> The confirmed sponsors who support the Festival and will be present at the expo site.

> The 100+ volunteers who have been training for months to once again deliver a unique experience for all participants.

> The two revealing social surveys conducted this year.

After the presentations, a networking party followed, bringing together speakers, sponsors, VIP and NFT ticket holders, and the entire Game of Money team. It was an evening of high-level networking, perfectly aligned with one of the Festival’s core goals and a key pillar of the Game of Money philosophy—building meaningful connections in the smart game of money.

As part of this year’s Game of Money Festival 2025, Game of Money, in collaboration with Focus Bari, the official YouGov affiliate in Greece, conducted two insightful social research projects.

At the warm-up event, the first indicative findings from both studies were presented, while the full results will be revealed at the conference on November 15–16 at the Odeon of Athens.

Stand Up – Against Harassment in Public Spaces.

It happens right before our eyes, yet we awkwardly look away. We feel the urge to speak up but remain cautiously silent. Most of us want to act, but we don’t know how.

Or even worse, we end up believing that “it’s not a big deal.” Harassment in public spaces is always a big deal.

On Sunday, October 5, as part of the pre-events of the Game of Money Festival 2025, the organization Tropos Zois in collaboration with W.I.N. Hellas hosted an open, free event titled “Stand Up – Against Harassment in Public Spaces” at the Kourites Cultural Heritage Center.

The session, led by Vasiliki Liafou, was based on the 5Ds methodology—five simple and effective tools that help both women and men intervene safely when they witness or experience harassment in public spaces.

We dedicated one hour of our time to an interactive program open to all ages and genders, aiming to promote empowerment and foster a culture of prevention and intervention.
