Ioannides

Michalis Ioannidis studied Law in London and became a member of the Cyprus Bar Association in 1998 and of the Athens Bar Association in 2008.
Since 1999, he has been a co-founder of the law firm LLPO Law Firm, initially specializing in litigation cases involving financial, banking, and constitutional law. He later specialized in advisory services related to financial, tax, and corporate matters.

In 2006, he led the expansion of LLPO to Athens, in 2010 to London, and served as Managing Partner of the firm from 2013 to 2018.

In 2018, he founded GMM Global Money Managers AIFM Ltd, which achieved significant growth in private equity investments, energy, and real estate sectors.

In 2021, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cyta and served until January 2024.

In July 2024, together with his team, he led the merger of GMM UCITS and AIFM companies with Wealth Avenue PLC. Since then, he has been Chairman and CEO of the merged listed group GlobalWealth Group PLC, managing total assets of €640 million and serving more than 2,800 investors.
