Dimitriadis

Dimitris Dimitriadis is dedicated to exploring the future—identifying megatrends, weak signals, and the convergence of technologies that are shaping our world. He is a futurist, a specialist in designing the organizations of tomorrow, and a researcher at the Secretariat for Long-Term Strategic Planning in the Presidency of the Greek Government.

Author of 2049: A Hopeful Perspective on the Futures of Humanity (KEY BOOKS), he invites us to embrace uncertainty as a necessary condition for progress.

As a speaker, he offers an optimistic yet grounded perspective on how exponential technologies—such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and virtual reality—are disrupting every aspect of our lives, while addressing the big questions that will define the future of humanity.

He has spoken at major conferences and future labs for organizations such as the European Commission, the U.S. Department of State, L’Oréal, and Johnson & Johnson. His work has been featured in publications including the Herald Tribune, Fortune, and Kathimerini.

For years, he has been training an AI model to offer advice to his niece for the day he’s no longer around.
