Stamkos

Neoklis Stamkos is the CEO of Microsmart, the first decentralized digital microfinance institution in Greece. He is a Certified Expert in Microfinance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, recognized as a Financial Inclusion Ambassador by the Microfinance Centre. He contributed to the development of legislation for microfinance institutions in Greece (Law 4701/2020) and was part of the committee that updated the European Code of Good Conduct for Microcredit Provision in 2021. Furthermore, through Microsmart, he is currently involved in the development of the DEUSS project, which aims to create a pan-European platform for issuing and managing corporate bonds using Blockchain technology.
