Nina Kaloutsa is a Voice & Public Speaking Specialist, holding a diploma and master’s degree in Opera from the Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow. Over 27 years of teaching, she has trained more than 9,500 individuals in voice, diction, public speaking, one-to-one coaching, and team building, working with politicians, corporate and organizational leaders to prepare speeches and panels.

She has spoken at conferences such as the Delphi Economic Forum, Athens Riviera Forum, TEDx, and ThinkBiz, and has collaborated with more than 90 companies including Google, Coca-Cola 3E, Onassis Group, Johnson & Johnson, Eurobank, Alpha TV, TITAN Cement, Antenna Group, among others. She has also worked with speakers from the United States, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, and across Europe.

Nina is the founder of Speak & Thrive, with a mission to promote empathy and inclusion in public discourse, and the co-organizer of APPLAUSE – Athens Public Speaking Summit. She is also the author of the books The Voice of Success and The Vocabulary of Success (Key Books).
