Sophia Tsoli has 16 years of experience as a banking executive, specializing in business lending, team management, special client management, as well as in training executives in lending, sales and goal achievement. She has financed over 2,000 businesses and freelancers during her career.

In her new capacity, she helps ambitious entrepreneurs and freelancers, to put their business in order and multiply profits, so that they can live in balance, prosperity and harmony.

As the founder of ST Miracle Business, she has been offering Coaching, Consulting, and Training services to new and existing businesses for the past 10 years, with a strong focus on change and organizational development. At the same time, she conducts Business Workshops for employees and teams, building deep and meaningful relationships with people through intuition, empathy, and genuine care.

She is the creator of the educational program “7 Pillars of Business Mindset”, where the fundamental principles of business organization and management are presented, along with selected tools, through a proven method that guarantees remarkable results.

She holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Organization and Management. She also holds multiple certifications in Business Coaching, Personal & Executive Coaching, Team & Leadership Coaching, and is an ACC Accredited Coach by the International Coach Federation.

She has been trained as an Adult Educator by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is certified by the E.O.P.P.E.P. (National Organization for the Certification of Qualifications and Vocational Guidance). Additionally, she is DISC Personality Test and 5B Coach Certified, as well as a High Ticket Closer from Dan Lok University.

With thousands of hours of Coaching and Training for entrepreneurs, teams, and individuals, she has been invited as a speaker at significant conferences and events such as Way Seminar, Leading Minds, Palso, Hellenic Institute of Coaching, Game of Money, and many more.

She is also the creator of the podcast “Business with Sophia” and has made television appearances on various media outlets.

She is the wife of Minos and mother of two teenage boys, Nikolis and Fani.

She expresses her artistic nature through singing. Recently, she released her song “To THAVMA” under Heaven, with lyrics and music by Andreas Lamprou.
