
Stella Kasdagli is an author and co-founder of inc.lude, a consultancy providing training and advisory services to companies and organizations on Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. She is also the co-founder of WHEN, Greece’s leading non-profit organization for women’s professional empowerment and gender equality in the public sphere.
Stella designs and delivers initiatives that address the barriers women and other underrepresented groups still face in the workplace. She also writes, translates, and facilitates reading clubs and workshops on personal growth and social change.
She is a certified Participatory Gender Audit Facilitator by the International Labour Organization, an alumna of the IVLP (U.S. State Department) and Vital Voices Visionaries 2023, and the recipient of the Social Impact UK Alumni Award and the Greek State Book Award for Children’s Non-Fiction for her book 30 Women Who Changed the World(and How You Can Change It Too). She lives in Athens with her two daughters.
