Theodora Dima is a real estate investor and founder of Pandorama, a company active in property management and development in Volos and Chalkida. 

As the President of the Greek Association of Sharing Economy and Airbnb Community Leader for Central Greece, she promotes the short-term rental sector and collaborates with public authorities to ensure its smooth operation. 

She holds degrees in Linguistics, Foreign Languages, and Journalism, and teaches her own Short-Term Rental Management seminar. 

Through Pandorama, she strategically invests in real estate, combining entrepreneurship with sustainable tourism development.
