Chrysanthi Balakou has studied Civil Engineering at Democritus University of Thrace with a passion for strategic development and project management. In her role as Chief Operations Officer at EFA ENERGY S.A., she coordinates the operation of various departments and oversees the implementation of solutions to improve efficiency and processes. Using the knowledge gained in organizational structure, digitalization, and automation, she focuses on the continuous search for ways to effectively solve problems and optimize the company’s operations.
During her studies, she learned to focus on the solution rather than the problem, developing an approach that allows her to find solutions even in the most complex situations.
She believes that technological development and processes alone are not enough to achieve success. She also focuses on the development of soft skills, aiming to strengthen the dynamics and performance of the teams she works with.
In addition to her main professional activity, she is also involved in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, offering innovative solutions and tools to improve their performance and competitiveness.
